How can I manage my white-label customers?
Your customers each get their own account on your domain, with their own campaigns, leads and sending accounts. They cannot see each other, and they cannot see you.
What they can use comes out of your plan, and you decide how much of it each of them gets. Everything below is on your reseller panel at https://leadswift.com/dashboard/reseller.
How a customer gets an account
They register themselves. Send them to your own sign-up page:
https://yourdomain.com/dashboard/reseller/register
They give a name, an email address and a password of at least eight characters, and they are signed in straight away. You do not have to create anything.
Set Free searches on sign-up on your panel to decide what a new customer starts with. Leave it at 0 and they start with none until you give them some, which is what you want if they are meant to pay first.
Each new customer appears in the Your customers list with the address they registered with.
Giving a customer searches
Find them in Your customers and use Add searches. Whatever you enter is added to what they already have, so giving 500 to somebody with 100 left leaves them 600.
The list shows how much of their allowance each customer has used this month, and the running total you have given them.
Their allowance is a monthly figure. It is not topped up automatically — you add to it when they pay you, either by hand here or automatically. See "How can I take payments from my white-label customers?"
Two limits, and how they fit together
There are two separate ceilings, and a search has to pass both:
- Your plan's daily limit — shared by everything your customers do. If your plan allows 20 searches a day, 20 is all your customers can run between them in a day, however much allowance you have given them.
- The customer's monthly allowance — what one customer may take in a month, which is the figure you set.
So the monthly allowance is how you price and portion out your plan, and your plan is the ceiling on all of it. If your customers are hitting the daily limit rather than their own allowances, your plan is what needs to grow.
Important: your own plan has to be active for your customers to work at all. If it lapses, they stop with it.
Capping how much a customer can send
Alongside searches, each customer can have an emails per month figure. Leave it at 0 and they are not capped.
Use it if you sell by sending volume rather than by searches. A plan tier can set it automatically when a customer buys, so you do not have to adjust it by hand.
Turning a customer off, and removing one
Disable stops a login on their very next page load. They stay in your list with everything they have, and enabling them puts them straight back. Use it when somebody has not paid.
Remove deletes the link between their account and yours. Their account is not deleted — it was never yours — it simply stops opening your dashboard. Their campaigns and leads stay where they are in case you link them again.
Neither one touches their sending accounts or their data.
When a customer runs out
They see a message telling them they have used everything and naming your support address, with a link to buy more if you have set a checkout.
You get one email, once a month per customer, so a customer who keeps trying does not fill your inbox.
Taking a copy of your customer list
Use Export CSV on the panel. It gives you every customer, their address, their allowance, what they have used and when they last signed in — useful for your own billing, and for keeping a record outside the platform.
