How can I remove invalid email addresses?

We have basic filters to test the validity of email addresses. If you discover invalid email addresses in your results, you can add additional patterns to the "Global Exclude Emails" setting here.

For additional verification, you can use third-party tools that are dedicted to this task. These include NeverBounce ($0.008/email), ZeroBounce ($0.008/email), EmailListVerify ($0.004/email), MailTester ($0.0038/email), Hunter.io ($0.00665/email), Debounce ($0.002/email), or even VerifyEmailAddress (free).

LeadSwift integrates seamlessly with most of these third-party email verification services.


To enable third-party verification:

1. Enter one or more APIs in the "Email Verification APIs" section of your settings
a) You can obtain your API keys from the respective services' dashboard
b) Ensure the on/off toggle button for "Email Verification APIs" is set to "On"

2. Specify whether the email addresses should be valid across "any API" or "all APIs"
• Any API: The email address will be valid if any of the APIs identify it as such
• All APIs: Every specified API must yield a successful response (not recommended)

3. Press the "Update" button to save your settings

Note:
- Whether an email should be valid across "any" or "all" APIs only matters if you use multiple services
- When email verification is enabled, only those emails deemed valid by third-party services will be contacted
- You can re-verify emails in your previous campaigns by selecting the "Verify Emails" option
