How can I use Unibox?

Unibox lets you view and manage emails across all your connected sender email addresses from a single, centralized inbox within LeadSwift.

How to Enable Unibox

  1. Ensure IMAP access is enabled for your email account.
  2. Go to the Accounts tab in your Email Settings.
  3. Enter the IMAP settings for the account.
  4. Click Test to confirm the connection is working.

Once connected, you'll be able to access and reply to messages directly through the Unibox interface.

Note: Optionally, you can enable the “Track replies” setting. LeadSwift will then automatically monitor for replies and mark them accordingly in your Email History.
