No Refunds
Since LeadSwift is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we
do not offer refunds. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this
when purchasing any item on our website. LeadSwift incurs significant upfront
and ongoing costs in servicing our users - including, but not limited to, those
related to user acquisition (such as affiliate payouts), hosting, on-boarding
support, and interfacing with third-party APIs. We are unable to recoup many of
these costs, and accordingly, cannot issue any refunds.
Similar to any other subscription (i.e. Netflix), all of our packages automatically renew at their stipulated frequencies, irrespective of your actual usage. If you are
no longer using our product, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription
prior to the renewal from your dashboard here: https://leadswift.com/account/member/payment-history. You will automatically receive an email confirmation with the cancelled subscription number. Please create a ticket in the dashboard here if it is not received: https://leadswift.com/account/helpdesk. If you have multiple subscriptions, each subscription will need to be cancelled individually. You will receive a separate confirmation email for each cancellation. You should not consider your subscription(s) cancelled until the email confirmation is received. In the event of any discrepancies, we will ask for a screenshot of this confirmation email. You should not wait until the day of the renewal to cancel your subscription. Cancelling your subscription early will still grant you full access for the duration of the period for which you have paid.
No refunds
will be offered for users' own mismanagement of subscriptions.
We also do not offer refunds based on users' expectations of the results
they should have received. Users must review and agree to our Terms of Service,
found at
https://leadswift.com/modal/terms.html, prior to registering. Our platform
is provided on an "as is" basis with no implied guarantees therein.
